The Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) of Saudi Arabia has chosen France-based international construction and consultancy leader Egis, in partnership with SETEC, to provide comprehensive project management consultancy (PMC) services for a key segment of DGDA's expansive retail and heritage masterplan.
Egis, in collaboration with SETEC, will oversee all stages of development for the South and Garden Districts, spanning initial planning, design, procurement, construction, and beyond, as outlined in the company's official statement.
These pivotal developments within the Diriyah Gardens and Diriyah South Districts are integral components of the broader Diriyah Gate masterplan, encompassing a diverse range of amenities, including hotels, museums, conference centers, and more.
Contributing to Saudi Vision 2030 Egis proudly aligns itself with the transformative vision of Saudi Vision 2030, dedicated to propelling the public service sectors towards diversification, spanning infrastructure, recreation, and tourism.
