Bulgari Luxurious Rome Hotel Reveals Spectacular 300m² Suite
Bulgari has officially announced the opening date for its opulent Italian hotel. Following the recent launch of a hotel complex in Japan, the renowned Italian brand is now returning to its origins, specifically to its birthplace, Rome. The luxury brand will unveil its ninth hotel location on June 9th, situated at 10 Piazza Augusto Imperatore in the Campo Marzio district.
This establishment in Italy, particularly in Rome, symbolizes a homecoming for Bulgari, marking a departure from its previous global expansion strategy. The hotel will be housed in a historic building designed by architect Vittorio Ballio Morpurgo and constructed in the 1940s. With 114 rooms and suites, the structure is adorned with colors and inspirations drawn from the Eternal City. Bulgari has intentionally woven references to the reign of Emperor Augustus, paying homage to Rome's rich cultural heritage.
A design that harmoniously blends the past and present Following tradition, the Milanese architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel is spearheading the hotel's design, seamlessly fusing historical elements with modernity. Its Roman heritage is evident in both the exterior and interior design of the building. The 114 rooms are thoughtfully adorned in one of four colors: white, yellow, red, and green. Every decorative element is meticulously considered, from the use of materials such as marble to Bulgari-patterned tapestries. The Bulgari Suite, a true masterpiece, exemplifies the ultra-luxurious experience offered by this hotel: spanning 300 square meters, it boasts one of the most exquisite views of the city, furnished with Flexform and Maxalto pieces and featuring custom tapestries from the renowned manufacturer Rubelli.
In addition to the lavish suites and rooms, the hotel offers cutting-edge amenities and facilities, providing guests with a comprehensive wellness experience. The 1500-square-meter Bulgari Spa includes a 25-meter indoor pool and nine rooms offering exclusive and innovative body and mind treatments. A fitness area is also available, featuring a training method exclusively designed for Bulgari. To complete the experience, the hotel features a variety of restaurants such as Il Ristorante-Niko and Romito, or La Terrazza, catering to diverse culinary preferences.
Bulgari Hotels & Resorts is gearing up to launch three additional hotel complexes soon, with upcoming locations in Miami, Los Angeles, and the Maldives.
