Dubai's culinary landscape is set to be elevated as the renowned Italian dining establishment from London, Signor Sassi, prepares to make its grand entrance. With its highly anticipated launch scheduled for September, the restaurant is now accepting reservations.

The collaboration between Sunset Hospitality Group and San Carlo Restaurants has brought this iconic eatery to the vibrant city. Nestled within the St. Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah, Signor Sassi boasts two distinct bars—an indoor lounge and a terrace embellished with a uniquely crafted fountain.

Drawing inspiration from the picturesque Lake Como in Northern Italy, the interiors exude elegance and charm. Culinary connoisseurs can anticipate an expertly curated menu by Italian gastronomic maestros, featuring an exquisite selection of delights ranging from caviar and lobster to braised beef short ribs.

Complementing the culinary journey, patrons can indulge in meticulously crafted cocktails and savour the finest Italian wines.

During its initial month of operation, Signor Sassi will serve dinner exclusively, from 6 PM to 2 AM. Starting in October, all-day dining options will further enrich the gastronomic experience.
