Saudi Arabia Tops Global Expat Salary Rankings, Reveals Survey

Saudi Arabia has emerged as the ultimate hotspot for expatriates, offering the most attractive salary packages worldwide, as per a recent study conducted by the consulting firm ECA International. The Middle Eastern nation has quickly become the preferred destination for expats due to its generous remuneration packages.

According to the MyExpatriate Market Pay Survey, Saudi Arabia boasts the highest average salary for middle managers globally, standing at an impressive £83,763 (equivalent to $107,000). Despite experiencing a marginal 3% decrease compared to the previous year, it retains its position as the leader in expatriate compensation.

In stark contrast, the survey also uncovered that sending employees to the United Kingdom was the costliest option available, highlighting the stark differences in expat compensation across the globe.
