The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and the Council of Grievances signed an electronic link agreement on Tuesday through the "Tanfidh" program. The agreement aims to facilitate the exchange of information and documents between the two parties, in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their services.
Under the agreement, SAMA will provide the Council of Grievances with access to its electronic systems, including its payment systems, financial reporting systems, and information systems. This will allow the Council of Grievances to quickly and easily access the information it needs to investigate cases and issue rulings.
The Council of Grievances will also provide SAMA with access to its electronic systems, including its case management systems, decision-making systems, and records management systems. This will allow SAMA to monitor the progress of cases before the Council of Grievances and to obtain feedback on its services.
The agreement was signed by SAMA Governor Ayman bin Mohammed Al-Saiari and Council of Grievances Chairman Khaled bin Mohammed Al-Yusuf.
