SDAIA Unveils a Revamped "Tawakkalna Services" App
The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) has ushered in a new era for the "Tawakkalna Services" application, introducing a fresh identity, enhanced services, and digital features accessible to government entities, private organizations, as well as individuals, encompassing citizens, residents, and visitors within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The launch of this new phase of Tawakkalna Services witnessed the participation of numerous high-ranking government officials, who congregated at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh. The redesigned "Tawakkalna" application is being heralded as a monumental national achievement, championed by SDAIA, designed to align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. This vision, an ambitious national transformation program, seeks to streamline public initiatives and optimize service delivery to the Kingdom's recipients.
In his opening address, Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi, the head of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), expressed his appreciation for the unwavering support and guidance provided by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince. Their visionary leadership has played a pivotal role in enabling the Kingdom's digital transformation, allowing Saudi Arabia to harness the full potential of contemporary technologies. Driven by the data and artificial intelligence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, these innovations are now woven into the fabric of everyday life, impacting various aspects of society.
