The meeting revolved around outlining the committee's strategic trajectory by building upon the achievements of the previous election cycle, charting future initiatives, and devising a comprehensive framework for advancing women's sports in alignment with the objectives set forth by Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 for the sports sector.
The reconstitution of the Women In Sports Committee transpired during a session of the SOPC Board of Directors, with HRH Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan serving as the Chairwoman. The committee's distinguished members include Adwaa Al-Arifi, Khaled Al-Yahya, Abeer Al-Fouti, Fahd Al-Haqbani, Sumaya Jabarti, Maha Al-Jafali, Lana Bint Saeed, Andrew Hibbert, and Moudi Al-Sudairy, who assumes the role of the Committee's Rapporteur.
